VirtueLens is dedicated to the study of virtue. Of all the subjects to which we devote interest, none of which I am aware has as great a potential to benefit mankind. Within this site, I hope to accomplish the following: 1.Define virtue, as I understand it, and expand on the concept. 2.Eventually provide a concise, yet comprehensive, history of its known origins in the human race. 3.Demonstrate its relevance to a free, prosperous, and happy world by discussing the religious, political, and personal implications. 4.Provide a list of the virtues and vices as seen through the lens of virtue herein defined. Disclaimer: I personally believe in God and am a professed Christian. My views are shaped by my beliefs. Also, this is a progress in work. I hope to learn as I develop the site and will, as I do, update this site. Note: This site is under construction and will be added upon. |
